Affordable Friendly service, room had a desk, and Wi-Fi was fast, bed was comfortable enough and location was perfect, near the centre of the city. Good affordable property for rent, no real complaints... Only real negative was that the room was small, but for the price its ok.

Добродушный � озяин самого чистого � остела. Самая чистый отель из все� , где я жил. Добродушный � озяин встретил такси и поднял сумки до моей комнаты. За пять минут об'яснил чем и как пользоваться. В гостинице есть все для комфортного проживания. Создалось ощущение, что живу в своем доме. Накануне моего от'езда � озяин вызвал на утро такси. Homebase in UB I stayed in this guesthouse a total of 7 nights in as it was my homebase in UB, in between trips. Great location (close to the the city core, services like bank, public bus system, etc.) and very helpful and friendly host/owner. It felt like an apartment home because there is a kitchen and I was able to just relax, so I was able to cook meals easily. Reasonable costs. Friendly, open and supporting services. Got an excellent driver for individual tour! We haven't stayed at the guesthouse, but we asked them to organize a driver for a 20 day individual tour in Mongolia. We got an excellent driver! Great guesthouse in Ulaanbaatar This guesthouse provides wifi, shower and breakfast(some breads and coffee) for free. The thing that I loved is that the house is always clean and I could stay here like at my home. This guesthouse also provides a variety of tours, one of which is the combination of Ger stay and horse riding that I joined. The Ger is located in Tererji National park 60km East from Ulaanbaatar. The family in the Ger was very kind but they cannot speak any language except Mongolian. I will recommend you to stay with your friends or translator. This tour includes a hour horse riding every day. The price was $120. One more thing that I loved was that it was Mongolian new year when I stayed, so the guesthouse owner invited me to his family and friends houses. It was fantastic that I could experience celebrating the new year with local Mongolian people. As a conclusion, I will highly recommend you to stay in this guesthouse.

Petite Guesthouse accueillante et très clean En retour de voyage à travers le pays, j'ai été redirigé vers 4 seasons guesthouse par Khongor Guesthouse qui n'avait plus de lit disponible. C'est donc par chance que j'ai dévouvert cette guesthouse très agréable et très clean. Sa taille modeste (1 dortoir de 6 + 3 chambres doubles) en fait un endroit parfait pour se reposer après avoir parcouru les routes du pays. Excellent Guesthouse overlooking Peace Avenue in Ulaanbaatar I stayed at Four Season Guesthouse and liked it so much I returned. It is very neat and clean and conveniently located a short walk west of the State Department Store. There are private rooms and a dormitory, all with shared toilet and shower. After a trip to the Mongolian countryside, the hot shower is wonderful. Laundry service is available for 5 USD. The English speaking owner is very friendly and helpful. He provides coffee and tea all day long and bread and jam in the morning. Overall, an excellent value.
