Tsenkher Hot Springs
Tsenkher Hot Springs of Tsenkher Rashaan is located 25 km southwest from Tsenkher soum of Arkhangai province. This spring issues sweltering 65-90C water with stench of hydrogen sulfide. Since early times the spring had been used for medical use, as it is believed to have good influence for articulation, stomach, anemia, over fatigue, skin diseases and diabetes. Hot Spring of Tsenher Rashaan is surrounded by beautiful natural landscape, and it is an interesting tourist site of Arkhangai province.
Kharhorin
Khar Horin, which is the ancient capital city of Mongolia, was founded 1220 in the Orkhon valley, center of the empire for more than 140 years, destroyed in 1391 by Chinese troops. Erdene-Zuu monastery which is the first Buddhist center in Mongolia. Ogodei, son and successor of Chinggis, surrounded it by a rampart measuring approximately 1.7 km by 1 km; it was during this reign that Karakorum became a true urban, diplomatic, and commercial centre.
Erdenezuu Monastery
located North West of the imperial site of Kharkhorum, this monastery was built on the site of the ruins of the ancient Mongol capital which was the main center of Buddhism. At the present, 108 stupas are surrounding the monastery.
Erdenezuu and the vagaries of history: The construction of Erdenezuu began in the 16th century and continued until the middle of the 19th century. At the beginning of the 20th century, there were more than 600 temple halls and places of worship there, making it the most powerful of the Kalkh monasteries. But the Purges of the 1930s finished most of the temples and today only about 20 remain. What was left of the great monastic complex was turned into a museum in 1965 and Erdenezuu re-opened as a place of worship in 1990.
Orkhon Waterfall
Orkhon Waterfall is the main attraction of this region of Mongolia. Apart from the springs at Khujirt, the main attraction in the area is the Orkhon waterfall. The water fall is situated in the historically significant Orkhon Valley, whose river flows an incredible 1120km to the North before it joins the mighty Selenge Gol, the waterfall was formed by a unique combination of volcanic eruptions and earthquakes about 20,000 years ago. The fall is naturally most impressive after heavy rain.
Tsenkher Hot Springs

Mongol Sand dune, /Elsen Tasarkhai/
The Mongol Sand dune /middle Gobi/ is located far from UB about 280 km. One of the larger and beautiful Sand dunes in Mongolia.
You can see the good combination of the Gobi and Hangai at the same place, trekking, horse and camel riding and trekking to the Sand dune,
Khustai National park
Khustai National park Located in Central Mongolia, it is home to the rare and endangered Przewalski’s horses–the only species of wild horses in the world–as well as many other internationally-important plants and animals.
He Przewalski’s horse (Equus ferus przewalskii), also known as “takhi” in Mongolian, is considered to be the last and only remaining wild horse species in the world. Once found throughout the steppes of Western Europe and Asia, by the early 1960s, Przewalski’s horses were only found in Mongolia’s Gobi region. By 1969, they were declared extinct in the wild. In the early 1900s, however, 53 Przewalski’s horse foals had been shipped to Europe from the Gobi, where they were kept in zoos and privately-held “parks.” Of those, only 12 produced foals. Nevertheless, by the mid-1980s, the captive population grew to over 1,000.In 1992, reintroduction of Przewalski’s horses was begun in Mongolia, China and Kazakhstan.
Day 1.
Pick up from the airport and drop off at the Hotel.
Day 2.
Drive to Kharhorin. Have lunch on the way. Visit Erdenezuu monastery and museum.
Day 3.
Next morning drive to Orkhon waterfall.
Day 4.
Drive to Terkhi white lake trough Taikhar rock on the way.
Day 5.
Horseback ride from Terkh White Lake to Volcano. Ride back to camp by horses.
Day 6.
After breakfast, drive to “Tsenkher ” Hot spring. Relax in the hot spring.
Day 7.
After lunch drive to the Mongol sand dune (mini Gobi) and for a short time a Camel ride. Trekking walking around Mongol Sand dune.
Day 8.
After lunch drive to Khustai national park and see wild horses. Overnight in a Ger.
Day 9.
After breakfast drive to “Seven stars” camp which is located at Hui 7 hudag, when we arrive at the camp we sit in the sauna and relax after the long tour. Lunch in a camp. Dinner “Mongolian traditional food Khorhog” at the camp.
Day 10.
After lunch, we will return to UB.
Day 11.
Ulaanbaatar city tour.
Day 12.
Pick up from the Hotel and drop off at the airport.
